
Ahmad Katlesh is a Syrian writer and podcast producer whose work appears with international organizations (Ettijahat, Mawred) and media such as DIE ZEIT, taz, Deutschlandfunk, The New Arab, and Sowt Podcasts.
He has published five books—short stories, poetry, letters, and research on Syrian poetry after 2011. His work has been translated into German, English, Dutch, and Spanish, and published by Mamdouh Adwan, Rowohlt, Edition Rugerup, and Nota al margen.
He is the founder of Tiklam, one of the largest Arabic literature podcasts. His practice often extends beyond the page, merging literature with sound, music, and performance. He lives in Berlin.
